How I lost 60 pounds in 120 days

Being overweight can be a real downer for people who have this condition. It can have an adverse effect on people both physically and mentally. I know. I have been there. The only way to lose weight is to want it enough. It doesn’t matter how you want to do it. If you really don’t want to do it, you will always fail.

Now I am going to tell you how I lost 60 pounds in 4 months.

This was not easy. I decided to start this in late winter. This is a time when being outdoors really isn’t an option. Therefore, sitting and eating all the time would have been so easy. In fact, that’s what made me overweight in the first place.

The first thing I did, which is what anyone who wants to lose weight has to do, was decide to do it. No ifs, ands, or buts. The mental part of this is probably 75% of the whole battle. I just decided that I wouldn’t cheat at what I was going to do.

I ate chicken. I ate lots and lots of chicken. Fish was also an option, but I can’t stand the taste of fish. So I stuck with the chicken.

How often did you eat?

I ate 8 times from when I got up to when I went to bed. I ate small portions 8 times a day. It was hard at times. I would take sandwich bags with my allotted portion to work with me. I had to find the 5-8 minutes to eat it at the timed intervals. If you really want something bad enough, you will find the time to do it. I flavored the chicken by cooking some on the grill and some in the oven. Nothing fried.

I also ate vegetables for. Green. I would eat green beans, snap peas, snap peas, etc. I would put a little balsamic vinegar on them to give them a little flavor. When I got tired of the vinegar, I ate them plain. Most people don’t realize how fresh vegetables taste.

I also made it a point to drink lots and lots of water. I stopped drinking all soft drinks and alcohol. To flavor the water, I simply squeezed in some lemon juice.

I did this for 4 months. The weight came off. I started with a weight of 275 pounds. I’m 6’1″. That’s a lot of extra weight to carry. If my back could talk, I’d tell you how sore I was from carrying all that belly fat. This weight loss dropped me to 215 pounds in 4 months. All without exercising at all.

Why did this work?

By eating at set intervals many times throughout the day, you are reprogramming your body. As she progresses with this plan, his body goes from storing fat to storing none at all. Then he starts using the fat that she has stored, since he thinks that this fat is no longer needed. You’re fueling your body so often that it realizes it doesn’t need to store fat for a rainy day. In fact, you are feeding it so often that the body sees no reason to keep the fat it does have and starts burning it.

When spring and summer came, I was a new person. My neighbor thought he had some kind of disease. I had to explain to him how I did what I did.
