To know the importance of sex in marriage, I believe that every couple must know the purpose for which God created it; It is not to dirty you, impure or unfair. It is not to destroy you, but to build. It is not about separating couples, but about uniting them.

1. For purity: Regular sex is known to prevent adultery. I have an elderly friend who said that he had three girlfriends as a disbeliever before he met his wife. He said that immediately after his marriage, he stopped all sexual immorality even as a disbeliever because, according to him, his wife was satisfying him. 3. Expression: Sex is the expression of love for the spouse. Although you can express your love to your spouse in various ways like giving gifts, kissing, texting, cooking nice meals. The highest and best way to express your love for each other is by having sex. No one has the right to do it with your spouse, but you and only you.

4. Communion: It is a great way to share and care. It is the highest level of communion. It is a complete communion between a man and his wife. It touches the body, the soul and the spirit.

5. Alliance: It is a way to renew our marriage alliance. Every time you make love to your spouse, you are expressing her love for him, thus confirming that her body belongs to your spouse.

6. Recreation: It can be used as a recreation and relaxation tool. Prolonged foreplay, massages, hugs and kisses are ways to relax with your spouse, completing it with good and pleasant sex.

7. Preservation: Sex can serve as a preservation tool for your marriage. Women, most especially, need to know that good sex is needed if their homes are to be preserved. A man who has a Benz car at home is not likely to steal a bicycle. Similarly, a man who is adequately satisfied with sex is unlikely to seek it out.
