The League of Explorers faction is another new faction introduced due to the planned expansion for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. Others may find it difficult to find enough data and information about this faction and to guide you, this faction sometimes carries the name of the explorers guild with it. This name also accounts for another new group on the continent of Northrend.

Faction Location:

Members of this faction are usually seen in the Weary Boots Tavern in Ironforge. Some of the factions’ dig sites include Eastern Kalimdor, Outland, and Kalimdor. The main camp base for this faction is located in Ironforge, also in the Hall of Explorers.

General description:

The faction is also known by its title as Guild, in a shorter tag for the faction. The faction was originally created to find out where the Dwarf race really came from in regards to the Mystery Makers. Many contributed to the creation of the faction, however it is King Magni Bronzebard who contributes a lot to the building of the faction, as well as High Scout Magellas.

Explorers League Members:

The population of the dwarves consists mainly of the faction that is very overwhelming. On the other hand, dwarves do not close their doors to new members. You could easily tell that the faction is welcoming new members as there is a green torch with a glowing light visible in the guild’s entrance hall. The dwarves welcome the opening of new members and it is the best time to show your outstanding skills and talents in terms of language and historical background.

From the application for new applicants they carry out, there would only be twenty top ones who would be very lucky and who also have great potential for faction membership. After selection, intense training is offered to challenge the skills, staying power, and mapping abilities of selected and future guild members. In the latter end, those who pass the entire challenge, the main applicant gets a chance to meet the explorer guild and get very lucky to be called as a prospector.
